Newsletter Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions regarding the distributions of the „Centurion Newsletter”.
1. The publisher of the „Centurion Newsletter” is Centurion-R Sp z o.o. based in Sanok, Poland
2. Within this service, by the means of sending e-mail messages to the e-mail address supplied by the user a message in a form of an electronic letter (e-mail) hereby referred to as “Newsletter” will be sent in to the user in a cyclical manner and indefinitely.
3. The service of subscription to the Newsletter on www.centurion.pl (www.centurion.com.pl) is free of charge and available to all users of the website.
4. Newsletter is being sent do the registered sers between one and 4 times per calendar month.
5. Newsletter contains ;among other contents; latest information on offers, the adverts, commercial operations and events regarding trading network of Centurion-R Sp. z o.o.
6. Subscription to the Newsletter service by user requires to go through below registration activities on www.centurion.pl website:
•filling in the registration form with the information on e-mail address to which the newsletter will be sent.
The form is available on marked web pages of the www.centurion.pl website and appropriate introductory pages that are visible to the user during visiting the www.centurion.pl website.
• choosing the group to which the user wants to belong
• confirming the desire to receive the promotional information by ticking in the appropriate box within the registration form
• activation of the link contained within the e-mail message sent automatically to the e-mail address supplied by the user for the purpose to verify the information given during registration
7. Failure of the confirmation of user’s e-mail address will result in removal of all the information sent by the user within 7 days after the information was provided to us.
8. By ordering of the newsletter service, the user agrees to receive the information on Centurion-R trading offers and promotional actions.
9. The reception of the information sent via Newsletter requires from the user to have access to an active and correctly configured electronic mail account.
10. Each Newsletter contains:
• information on who is its sender
• subject box filled with the information on the contents of the letter
11. Each subscriber of the Newsletter may opt out from the service by filling in his e-mail address into the field “Resign from subscription”  and clicking  “Resign” button.
12. E-mail address supplied by the user for the purpose of receiving the Newsletter will not be passed to or processed by any third party without his consent.
